External Referral Program

We have designed a very competitive External Referral Bonus Program for referrals to our company. To qualify for the referral fee, the following conditions must be met:
- The referred employee must be actively employed on a full-time basis with Active Intelligence for a continuous period of 6 months from date of hire
- For Oracle Retail (Retek) candidate submissions, a candidate must have a minimum of one year Oracle Retail (Retek) experience
If you submit to us a qualified candidate that we hire, you will be rewarded with the following:
- $ 1,500.00 for the following candidates without Oracle Retail (Retek) experience:
- Database Administrator
- I.T. Recruiter
- Technical Courseware Developer
- $ 2,000.00 for the following candidates without Oracle Retail (Retek) experience:
- Systems Analyst
- DBA/Performance & Tuning Specialist
- $ 2,500.00 for the following candidates without Oracle Retail (Retek) experience:
- Resource Manager
- Senior Systems Analyst
- Business Analyst
- Project Manager
- $ 3,000.00 for the following candidates with a minimum of one-year Oracle Retail (Retek) experience:
- Systems Analyst
- Technical Courseware Developer
- Business Analyst
- $ 4,000.00 for the following candidates with a minimum of one-year Oracle Retail (Retek) experience:
- Project Manager
- Senior Systems Analyst
- DBA/Performance & Tuning Specialist
- Senior Business Analyst
In order to identify and properly track your candidate referrals, please ensure that you conform to the following process:
- E-mail the resume of the person being referred to recruitment@activeintelligence.com
- Ensure that the subject line of the e-mail reads, " Referral Bonus Program"
- Include your full name, address and telephone number - full contact information
- Specify the full name and contact information of the candidate being submitted
Please note that this External Referral Bonus Program:
- Excludes all employees and agents of recruiting/placement agencies
- Is for non-Active Intelligence employees
- All dollar amounts listed are in Canadian dollars
- The referral fee will be paid upon the successful completion of all conditions outlined above
