RDW: 11.0 Fundamentals
What you will learn:
This course teaches participants about the RDW product from a functional point of view. All functionality is through the MicroStrategy Web interface. Participants learn the basic components of the Oracle Retail (Retek) Data Warehouse and its relationship with MicroStrategy. Summations of the reports available in each workbench are discussed as well as the steps for formatting reports and creating custom reports.
This course is customized on a course-by-course basis to cover only those workbenches that the client will be implementing. The number of workbenches covered affects the duration of the class.
