Oracle Retail (Retek) Predictive Application Server (RPAS) is the solution framework and run-time environment used to support Financial Planning, Item Planning, and Assortment Planning solutions. RPAS enables solutions to store, manipulate, and retrieve data. The framework provides a common user interface and core functionality for all of Oracle Retail's (Retek) Predictive solutions.
RPAS 11 supports the use of the Configuration Tools. The Configuration Tools are used to define all of the key components of an RPAS solution including hierarchies, measures, rules, workbooks, worksheets, and data interface. Once all key components have been defined in a configuration, this configuration is used to build an actual RPAS solution that can be loaded with data and accessed through the RPAS client interface.
